Cancellation Policy

To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp at 9606553445. Cancellations are only eligible if requested in next 6 hours once order is placed and in some cases if the products are booked cancellation charges will be applied. The final decision on whether to accept a cancellation request rests solely with FireStix team.
Please note that once the order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation charges will be deducted after return of any product in rare case including shipping charges.
Important : Bulk/Wholesale order will not be cancelled in any case.
