Care Instructions for Gel Wax Glass Candles

1. First Burn for Longevity

Allow the candle to burn until the top layer melts evenly to prevent tunneling.

Avoid burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time to maintain an even wax pool.

2. Wick Maintenance

Trim the wick to ¼ inch (6mm) before each use to ensure a steady and clean burn.

A longer wick can cause excess soot and an uneven flame.

3. Safe Burning Practices

Always place the candle on a heat-resistant, level surface.

Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

Do not touch the glass container while burning, as it may become hot.

4. Preventing Overheating & Cracks

Avoid burning the candle all the way to the bottom to prevent glass cracking.

Extinguish the flame when about ½ inch of wax remains.

5. Extinguishing the Candle

Use a snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax to avoid smoke and wax splatter.

Do not blow out the candle directly.

Return pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days.

Refunds are processed only if products are in original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Replacements depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a coupon code of the full amount will be issued.
