Candle Care

We offer an easy return policy for wrong or damaged products. You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing customercare@firestix.in with your order ID and product images. An unboxing video is mandatory for missing or damaged items.

Conditions:

The product seal must be intact; otherwise, returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted.

Return pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days.

Refunds are processed only if products are in original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
