Firestix Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Firestix. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and ship orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Firestix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within India.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Firestix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Firestix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
We do not ship to locations where candles are restricted by law.
